How to access your cPanel

To access your cPanel type https://yourdomain.com:2083 or https://yourdomain.com/cpanel into your browser’s address window — replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name. Enter the username and password for your cpanel. The username and password is listed in the account activation email we send when your account is first activated.

If you are repeatedly prompted for the username and password, either the username or password you enter is incorrect. Don’t keep trying to login. After 5 failed logins the server’s firewall will block your access to cPanel and your website will not be viable to your system(IP block)

There is another way of logining to the cPanel (recommend)
You have to login to your Touchstone account using https://touchstone.hosting/client
Under my services please click on the service( do not click on the doman name, it will take to website)
You will be taken to you product/service page from where you can login to cPanel and other related services without using any credentials
